At TonyBikes, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, you can request a return or refund under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and tags intact.
- How to Request a Return:
- Email vaneet.lahar6800@gmail.com with your order ID, reason for return, and photos if necessary.
- We will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.
- Refund Process: Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes inspection and will be credited to your original payment method.
- Exceptions: Customized or clearance-sale bikes are not eligible for return.
- Damaged/Defective Products: Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will offer a free replacement or full refund.
